Why work with me?

I hold multiple certifications in the field of health and fitness and have a lot of experience of working with clients in London and Riyadh. My aim is to empower women in Riyadh to make positive changes towards their fitness, health and well-being.

I will teach you the most efficient ways to exercise so that you strengthen the body and release chronic tension and tightness. I will also help you reduce stress, feel more energy and lose or maintain your weight with the most optimal nutrition for you.

I approach each client with encouragement, support and patience. It makes me happy when I see such fast results in my clients, who start seeing positive changes in their body and mind and become more confident and more informed to take care of their own health and fitness.

I moved to Riyadh in 2019 from London where I lived for 10 years and worked in mental health research and published several research papers in academic journals. After the office hours, I was teaching Yoga and Pilates classes as well as giving private sessions in various London gyms.

I have been practicing Yoga for more than 20 years, followed by 14 years of Pilates practice and 10 years of being a QiGong practitioner. I have always loved to move and exercise because I felt amazing afterwards and it helped me to handle very busy life living in London.

Once I moved to Saudi, I decided to focus fully on my holistic well-being specialist career to contribute to the positive changes happening in the country in the field of health and fitness. In Riyadh, I have worked at Tawazon Studio, The Collective, Kinetico gym, Skulpt, Pure Yoga and Kore gym. 

In my career, I have helped a wide population of clients – athletes with injuries, working professionals with chronic pain, women who wanted to lose fat and gain muscle, pre/post-natal clients and also older people who needed to get moving for general fitness.

As a certified Women’s Hormone Health Practitioner and Nutrition Coach, I have also been educating women about their menstrual cycle and have been guiding them to balance their hormones naturally – through nutrition and lifestyle changes – so that they could have lots of energy, increase their fertility, avoid PMS symptoms and period problems.

My coaching and expertise are informed by both the traditional Eastern approaches and the latest Western research evidence base on health and movement. I believe in continuous learning, and keep enriching my knowledge.
