Prices

Single class pass – 150SAR. Discounted package of 4 classes – 500SAR (it can be used on any of the scheduled classes and is valid for 6 weeks).

Description of the classes

Barre Pilates class is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Functional Fitness and Ballet moves. It is an effective and fun way to strengthen and tone your body, especially your legs and glutes. It will improve your balance and ankle, knee and hip stability and mobility. You will have a better posture, stronger core and better control of your body . We use various Pilates props such as small balls, Pilates rings, resistance bands and gliders so you will never get bored!  

Therapeutic Yoga class is for those who sit a lot and experience chronic stiffness and painful discomfort in the lower back, hips, shoulders and neck. It will improve your posture and release muscle tension and pain. The focus is on opening the body through mobilising the joints, releasing fascia, activating and strengthening dormant muscles and dynamically stretching them. Attending this class will leave you feeling lighter, free of tension, relaxed and energised.
